Items that are "In Stock" will ship from our Canadian warehouse within 2-3 business days of ordering. Once shipped, it typically takes between 1-5 business days to reach your home depending on where you live. Please see the illustration below for estimated transit times. Please note that these are just estimates (the illustration is specific to FedEx but you can assume the same for all of our carriers) as we ultimately don't have control of the shipping once it leaves our warehouse.
If an item has an extended shipping time, it will be listed on the product page (above the Add to Cart button), as well as inside your shopping cart.
During holiday seasons and increased shipping volumes associated with the peak season, delivery times may be extended beyond our usual estimates.
You can return rugs for any reason within 30 days and Tumble will cover shipping costs on all returns within Canada. To receive a refund, the item must be in new and sellable condition. All returned items must have no visible damage, stains, or pet hair. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for a return, please contact our customer service team at hello@tumbleliving.com and they would be happy to assist you.
Rug swatches and gift cards are final sale and not eligible for return.

Upon completing the form, we will email you a prepaid FedEx label to print out and attach to your box to return your items. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code in the email at the drop-off location instead of printing the label.

Yes, Tumble offers exchanges within 30 days of delivery at no extra cost to customers within Canada! To initiate an exchange, please visit our Returns & Exchange Center and make sure to have your Order Number and Email address ready. Upon completing the form, we will email you a prepaid FedEx label to print out and attach to your box to return your items. Alternatively, you can scan the QR code in the email at the drop-off location instead of printing the label. Once we've processed your exchange, we will send your new rug, free of charge.
In order to be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in new and sellable condition. All returned items must have no visible damage, stains, or pet hair. You may only exchange once. We do not accept an exchange of an exchange. We do not accept an exchange for a rug swatch. If you are unsure if your item qualifies for an exchange, please contact our customer service team at hello@tumbleliving.com and they would be happy to assist you.
Yes! All Tumble rugs and rug pads are covered by a 90-day limited warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects such as unraveling or excessively fraying stitching/serging, printing inconsistencies or marks, incorrect rug sizing (e.g., rug does not fit on the rug pad), and curling along rug edges or corners. The warranty period begins when you receive your Tumble products and lasts for 90 days.
In addition, we offer free returns and exchanges on all products within 30 days of delivery.
